We offer secure payment options including Mobile Financial Services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Cards, and Cash on Delivery (where applicable). All online transactions are processed through secure payment gateways. SCMB does not store your credit/debit card numbers.

Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are displayed at checkout. SCMB collaborates with trusted courier partners to deliver your packages safely across Bangladesh. While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays due to unforeseen circumstances, severe weather, or courier logistics may occasionally happen.
7. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
Customers may cancel an order before it has been dispatched. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method or SCMB customer wallet.
